BMRCL Invites Application for 6 Assistant Manager Recruitment 2022

BMRCL invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for appointment in the Project Wing. All appointments will be on “Contract basis” only.

1. Name of the post: Assistant Manager (Property Development)

2. No of posts: 06

3. Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Sales/ Finance or equivalent or Post Graduation in Economics/Commerce (Full Time).

4. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.50,000/-

5. Experience Criteria:

a) Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field as mentioned in the notification.

b) Experience in working with public sector organizations and government agencies is desirable

c) Familiarity with statistical analysis software is essential

d) Experience in preparation of frameworks for enhancing NFBR

e) Should have fair idea of real estate scenario of Bengaluru

f) Should be aware of BBMP Advt. Rules/Regulations, KTPP Act and other relevant Policies of GOK

g) Should have excellent marketing skills

h) Should be able to manage multiple assignments with little supervision

i) Should be well informed with Microsoft Office and other related software’s

j) Should have ability to self-manage and meet deadlines

k) Should be able to present information in a clear and concise manner (Reports/ Presentations), with good written and spoken English skills

l) Proficiency in Kannada is desirable

m) Should have excellent negotiation skills and motivation skills

n) Should have market research experience

o) Should have proven ability to work independently and as a part of the team

p) Should have good presentation, excellent oral and written communication skills

q) Should have prospecting skills, good planning, good market knowledge and should have professional approach

6. Period Of Contract Appointment: The tenure of contract appointment will be 3 years. The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 3 months’ notice or by paying the contractual remuneration of three months in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.
