Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Graduate (Engg.) Apprentice: A degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a recognised University or an Institution empowered to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament.
- Diploma (Engg.) Apprentice: A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council/Board of Technical Education established by a State Government or a University.
- Passing Year: Candidates must have passed out in November 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Experience Condition: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under the Act, and/or having one year or more experience, are not eligible to apply.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification as per the reservation categories (General/SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS).
- Certificate Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for physical verification of documents.
- Offer Letter: A Preliminary Offer Letter will be issued at the time of certificate verification.
- Examination: There is no written examination or interview.
- Expenses: No TA/DA will be paid for attending certificate verification and joining. No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible.

- Original Matriculation Certificate / Birth Certificate.
- All Degree/Diploma and Consolidated Mark Sheets.
- Provisional Certificate.
- Valid Category / Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Two recent passport-size photographs & Photo ID.
- Aadhaar-seeded Bank Account details.
- Important: Mandatory entry of percentage of marks in the column "% of marks / CGPA x 10" on the NATS Portal.
