- Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Planning / Post Graduate Diploma Course in Remote Sensing and GIS (Specialization in Urban and Regional Studies) / Master in Planning / Master in Town Planning / Master in Regional Planning / Master in Urban Planning / Master in City Planning / Master in Country Planning or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025): Minimum 21 years. Maximum: Unreserved (Male) – 37 years, BC/EBC (Male & Female) & Unreserved (Female) – 40 years, SC/ST (Male & Female) – 42 years. Relaxations applicable for Bihar Govt. employees (5 years), PwBD (10 years), and Ex-Servicemen.
