Educational Qualification: M.E/M.Tech
Applications are invited for the following posts in a SERB sponsored project entitled “Automatic Speech Recognition System in Santali and Nagpuri Languages: Resource Creation and System Development" at Department of CSE, BIT Mesra, Ranchi.
1. Position : Junior Research Fellow
2. No of post : 01
3. Eligibility :
a) M.E./M.Tech./ Equivalent in Computer Science and related disciplines
b) NET/GATE qualified or cleared national level exam conducted by central govt. dept. like DST, DBT, ICMR etc.
4. Desirable :
a) Experience in Natural Language and Speech processing domain.
b) Can speak and have knowledge of the grammar of Santali and/or Nagpuri (Sadri)
5. Emoluments : Rs 31,000 (+ HRA*) per month for the first 2 years AND Rs 35,000 (+ HRA*) per month for the 3rd year (as SRF).*as per institute norm
6. Tenure: Maximum 3 years.
