1. Position: Relationship Manager – Armed Forces (For Retired Junior Commissioned Officers)

2. Role & Responsibilities

• Building synergy and approach Defence/Central Armed Police Forces Units/Stations/Cantonments/Establishments for credit card acquisition.
• Doing presentations/seminar.
• Ensure effective follow up process in Defence/Central Armed Police Forces Units/Stations/Cantonments/Establishments post sales presentations.
• Collection Management
• Visibility Management
• Execution of BTL(Below the Line) activities at defined locations.
• Document management, KYC, AML compliances.

3. Location of posting:

• Jammu
• Jalandhar
• Lucknow
• Jabalpur
• Jodhpur
• Guwahati
• Pune
• Nashik
• Kochi
• Hyderabad

4. Who can apply: Retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) of the rank of Subedar Major or Subedar of Army and equivalent ranks of Navy and Air Force can apply. Honorary Commission JCO will be given preference

5. Tenure of Engagement: Performance would be periodically monitored and company has robust performance appraisal system in place

6. Remuneration: Fixed + Variable (Paid Annually). Travel allowances will be as per company policy
