• Officers of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) or the Central Government or the State Government or the Union Territory Administration holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR with six years of regular service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300) in the Pay Matrix in the parent cadre or department.
• Possessing Basic Nursing Assistant or Medic Course; Advance Nursing Assistant or Advance Medic Course.
• Minimum six years of experience as Nursing Assistant in a hundred-bedded hospital or institute recognised by the Central Government, State Government, or Central Armed Police Forces hospitals.
• Must be medically fit.

Sub-Inspector (Lab Technician) — 12 Posts

• Officers of the CAPFs or Central Government or State Government or UT Administration holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre; OR with six years of regular service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300) in the Pay Matrix.
• 12th Class passed from a recognised Board and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or Technology of two years duration from an institute recognised by the Central Government or State Government.
• Minimum six years of experience as Laboratory Technician from a Laboratory Diagnostic Centre or a minimum hundred-bedded hospital or institution recognised by the Central or State Government.
• Must be medically fit.

Sub-Inspector (Physiotherapist) — 08 Posts

• Officers of the CAPFs or Central Government or State Government or UT Administration holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre; OR with six years of regular service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300) in the Pay Matrix.
• 12th Class passed from a recognised Board and Diploma in Physiotherapy of two years duration from an institute recognised by the Central Government or State Government.
• Minimum six years of experience as Physiotherapist from a Physiotherapy Centre or a minimum hundred-bedded hospital or institute recognised by the Central or State Government.
• Must be medically fit.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for these Sub-Inspector posts is carried out on a deputation basis. Eligible candidates are evaluated through the following criteria:

1. Service Record Verification: CR Dossiers / APARs of the last five years will be scrutinised.
2. Integrity & Conduct: A certificate confirming integrity, medical category, and absence of pending disciplinary or vigilance cases must be furnished by the forwarding authority.
3. Medical Fitness Examination: Candidates must pass a medical fitness test as per BSF standards.

No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.
