Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: BBA / Management Graduate from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in HR / Office administration / MIS Report preparation.
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: Candidate should be abreast with the working of Metro Rail and associated HR functions.
- Preferred Qualifications: MBA (Master's degree), past work with DMRC or Metro Rail Company, or local candidates with similar departmental experience.
- Age Limit: Below 35 years.
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted based on prescribed eligibility criteria.
- BECIL may adopt shortlisting criteria based on higher qualifications or greater relevant experience.
- Shortlisted candidates' list will be forwarded to the Client (DMIL).
- The Client will conduct the final selection process, which may include Interview, Skill Test, or Assessment.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified regarding date, time, and venue via registered email/telephone.
Note: Meeting eligibility conditions does not guarantee a call for any stage. Candidature remains provisional subject to document verification. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
