Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Mandatory Condition: Must be a retired Government servant who held the post of Section Officer (SO) or Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in a Central Government Ministry or Department.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Government Accounts.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of GFR (General Financial Rules), DFPR, and PFMS (Public Financial Management System).
• Computer Proficiency: Fluent in MS Word and MS Excel; fair knowledge of MS Power Point, noting, and drafting procedures.
• Health: Candidates must be in good health to discharge official duties.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Service Conditions & Nature of Job

• Duties: Processing employee claims, maintaining Bill/Expenditure registers, and handling PFMS bills.
