Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Tax Assistant: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Candidates must be meritorious sportspersons as per DoPT guidelines.
- Havaldar: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates must be meritorious sportspersons as per DoPT guidelines.
- Sports eligibility: Must have represented State/Country in National/International competitions, or medal winners in Junior National Championships, Khelo India Games, SGFI, etc., in any of the 65 disciplines listed in DoPT OM No. DOPT-1720781414772 dated 04.03.2024.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be based on verification of sports credentials and educational qualifications. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit of their sports achievements. No written test or interview is mentioned; direct document verification and selection may be performed. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the document verification, if required.

- Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
- Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for the required educational qualification
- Sports Certificates / Representation Certificates in prescribed format
- Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
- Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
