Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Project Coordinator

  • Essential Qualification: Master’s degree (First Class) in Education, Environmental Science, Geography, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Doctoral qualification or advanced research credentials will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in programme leadership, sustainability, environmental education, development sector initiatives, or related domains. Demonstrated experience in programme building, partnership development, and resource mobilisation. Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder, multi-sectoral initiatives.
  • Desirable Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and institutional representation skills. Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation abilities. Experience in programme management, M&E, and donor engagement. Ability to guide research, documentation, and knowledge dissemination. High degree of autonomy, accountability, and decision-making capability.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential. Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
