Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Post Name: Office Superintendent
- Eligibility: Officers under Central Government, State Government, UT Administration, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings:
- Holding analogous posts or with 10 years of regular service in the Level-4 Pay Matrix (Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100).
- Must have a minimum of four years of experience in Administration and Accounts after appointment in the parent cadre.
- Departmental officers in the feeder category in the direct line of promotion are not eligible.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection for the Office Superintendent post will be based on the assessment of eligibility and screening of applications by the competent authority. Applications must be routed through the proper channel. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for the submission of applications.

Candidates selected will be posted at Central Fertilizer Quality Control & Training Institute, Faridabad, or at existing Regional Fertilizer Control Laboratories located at Chennai, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyani (West Bengal).
