Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Applicant Pool: Only officers currently serving under Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory Organizations are eligible to apply.
• Post Held: Officers holding posts equivalent in grade and scale with Civil Engineering background and experience as prescribed in the Recruitment Rules.
• Experience: As per deputation guidelines in the notified RRs — officers must possess the experience and educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruitment to the post of Executive Engineer (Civil).
• Forwarding Requirement: Applications must be forwarded through proper channel by the cadre controlling authority and must be accompanied by ACRs/APARs for the last five years and the forwarding certificate (Annexure-II).
• Complete Applications Only: Applications without supporting certificates/documents in support of qualification and experience will not be processed and will be rejected forthwith.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection will be done on the basis of deputation eligibility criteria and screening of applications received through proper channel.
• Candidates whose applications are incomplete or not accompanied by supporting documents will not be considered.
• No withdrawal of candidature: Officers who apply on deputation basis will not be permitted to withdraw their candidature subsequently.
• Selected officers will be relieved by their parent departments as certified during forwarding.

5. Forwarding Certificate (Annexure-II) certifying the correctness of particulars, absence of any pending or contemplated disciplinary or vigilance case, and integrity of the officer — certified by an officer of Under Secretary rank or above.
6. Certification that the selected officer will be relieved of duties by the parent department.
