Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Security Guard / Night Guard (Female):
  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed 8th Standard from any recognized board. No relaxation is given in mandatory educational qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at district/state level. Preference for retired military/para-military personnel.
  • Nationality/Residency: Must be a native (मूल निवासी) of Chhattisgarh. Domicile certificate issued by competent authority is mandatory.
  • Language: Knowledge of local language/dialect is necessary.

Note: Experience certificates must be full-time, verified/attested by a gazetted officer. Voluntary service certificates are not accepted. Copy of appointment order must be submitted to claim experience benefit.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Merit Calculation (80 Marks): Percentage in minimum required qualification (Max 60 marks), Additional experience beyond minimum (2 marks/year, Max 10), Bonus for OSC/Women Helpline experience (2 marks/year, Max 10).
2. Screening: Based on merit, candidates will be called for walk-in interview in a 1:10 ratio for each post.
3. Walk-in Interview (20 Marks): Assessment of communication and knowledge of local language/dialect.
4. Final Selection: Based on total merit out of 100 marks. In case of a tie, the older candidate is preferred. Appointment orders will be issued by the District Collector.

Important: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

• Application form in prescribed format with half-pasted passport-size photograph.
• Birth Certificate or Class 8th Mark Sheet as proof of Date of Birth.
• Class 5th and Class 8th Mark Sheets.
• Experience Certificates (Gazetted attested) for the prescribed period.
• Copy of Appointment Order (mandatory to claim experience benefit).
• No Objection Certificate (if currently employed in Govt/Semi-Govt).
• Chhattisgarh Domicile / Residence Certificate issued by competent authority.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Non-Conviction Certificate.
• Affidavit on Rs. 50 Stamp Paper (Notary attested) regarding age of marriage.

Terms & Conditions of Engagement

• Engagement is for an initial period of maximum 2 years, extendable by 1-year increments based on performance.
• The engagement is fully temporary and can be terminated by either side with one month's notice or pay in lieu of notice.
• Service providers are entitled to maternity leave and travel allowance for official duties only.
• Service providers are governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965.
