For temporary appointment in the RGSTC Sponsored Project “Fortification of selected indigenous dairy products with omega-3 fatty acids using microcapsules of flaxseed oil powder: A novel approach for promoting health and well being of consumers” in the Department of Dairy Engineering, College of Dairy Technology, Udgir, the qualified candidates are invited for Walk-In-Interview for following post at College of Dairy Technology, Udgir-413517

1. Name of the post: Senior Research Fellow

2. No of Posts: 01

3. Scale of pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month +10% HRA for first two years of project and Rs. 28,000/- per month 10% HRA for third year of project

4. Qualification:

i. Post graduation in Dairy Engineering/ Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Microbiology/ Dairy Science/ Food Science and Technology/ Livestock Products Technology (MVSc)

ii. (Candidate with B. Tech in Dairy Technology and M. Tech in Dairy Engineering/ Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology and having relevant experience will be preferred)

5. Nature of work:

i) He/ She shall be responsible for maintenance, management & proper utilization of laboratories equipment & store etc.

ii) To assist in planning and executing the research work as per the technical programme of the project.

iii) Supervise & co-ordinate the research work of the sub ordinate & report to principal investigator

iv) Preparation of progress report of the project.

v) Perform such other duties as may be conferred or imposed on him by principal investigator & head of the institute.
