Sub: Vacancy Notice for the post of Oy Project Manager (HR) at Mumbai (North), DFCCIL on deputation basis
1. Post Name: DY. PM (HR)-01 POSTS

3. Duration: 3 years extendable to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption)
4. Service: Personnel/Estt./H R of lndian Railways, officers of central Govt./ CPSUs etc.(as mentioned above)
5. Pay Scale: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy).
6. Specific Requirements:
Dv Proiect Manaper (Manaperl-Group B officers of Central/State Govt. with at least 4 years of service in Group B (Gazetted) in relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 60000-180000 (lDA) (E3) with four years' service in that grade
7. Job Description:
The officer should have minimum 5 years' experience of working in personnel department of lndian Railways. Experience in establishment areas like selection, promotion, seniority, creation of posts, recruitment, transfer, disciplinary cases, court cases, service matters, grievances, settlement dues, pay & allowances etc The officer should have command over working on computer (MS-word, excel).

The Indian Railways' quadrilateral linking the four metropolitan cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Howrah, commonly known as the Golden Quadrilateral ; and its two diagonals (Delhi-Chennai and Mumbai-Howrah), adding up to a total route length of 10,122 km comprising of 16% of the route carried more than 52% of the passenger traffic and 58% of revenue earning freight traffic of IR. The existing trunk routes of Howrah-Delhi on the Eastern Corridor and Mumbai-Delhi on the Western Corridor were highly saturated, line capacity utilization varying between 115% to 150%. Railways lost the share in freight traffic from 83% in 1950-51 to 35% in 2011-12
