Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (All Disciplines)

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in relevant disciplines in first division with valid GATE score of 2024 or 2025 OR M.E/M.Tech in relevant disciplines in first division both at Graduate and Post-graduate level.
• Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
• Experience: As specified in the notification (if any).

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on 31 December 2025.
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates.

Salary / Stipend

• Monthly emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible.

Selection Process
