Department Of Posts Invites Application for Staff Car Driver Recruitment 2022

Sub: Filling up of 2 (Two) vacancies in Grade of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) {General Central Service Group "C' Non-Gazetted, Non - Ministerial} in the pay matrix Level 02 (19900- 63200) as per 7" CPC in Haryana Postal Circle on Deputation/Absorption basis, amongst eligible employees of Department of Posts, failing which by Deputation/Absorption from the other Ministries/Departments or by Deputation/Re-employment of Armed Forces Personnel - regarding.

1. Position: Staff Car Driver

2. No of Posts: 02 (Hisar, Rohtak)

3. Pay Scale: Level 02 (19900- 63200)

4. Eligibility:

(a) Possession of a valid Driving License for light and heavy motor vehicle.

(b) Knowledge of a Motor Mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle)

(c) Experience of driving Light and Heavy Motor Vehicle for at least three years

(d) Pass in 10th Standard from a recognised board or institute.

5. Desirable: Three years' service as Home Guard or Civil volunteer.

6. Regulation of pay: Pay Matrix Level 02 as per 7" CPC will be regularized as per pay rules.

7. Period of deputation: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other department of the Central Ciovernnment shall ordinarily not exceed three years. 

8. Period of probation: Two years for re-employed Armed Forces Personnel.
