Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: More than 5 years and up to 7 years of experience dealing with legal matters in Government / PSU / Semi-Government / Autonomous / Statutory organisation / recognized institution / councils / registered societies, OR 5 years experience as a legal practitioner, OR Retired Judicial Officer or equivalent.
- Other Conditions: Computer literacy is compulsory; good communication and interpersonal skills required; consultant to arrange own accommodation nearby.
- Desirable: Master Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Scrutiny of applications.
