Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Note: This recruitment is exclusively for women candidates who are natives of Chhattisgarh.
- Central Administrator: Master's in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology with at least 5 years' experience in women-related domains.
- Psycho-social Counsellor: Professional degree/diploma in Psychology, Psychiatry, Neurosciences, or health sector background with preferably 3 years' experience.
- Case Worker: Bachelor's in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology with 3 years' experience.
- Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer: Law degree or legal training with 3 years' experience, OR practising lawyer with 2 years' litigation experience.
- Office Assistant: Graduate with a diploma in Computer/IT and 3 years' experience in data management.
- Multi-purpose Staff/Cook: Literate with relevant knowledge; High School pass preferred.
- Security Guard/Night Guard: 8th pass from a recognized board with at least 2 years' experience as security personnel (preferably retired military/paramilitary).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Application Screening: Shortlisting based on a merit marking system (Education weighted to 60 marks, Experience up to 10 marks, Bonus up to 10 marks).
- Walk-In Interview / Skill Test: 20 marks for the interview/skill test.
- Document Verification: Original certificates must be produced on the date of the interview.
