Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Gender Specialist:
- Qualification: Graduate degree in Social Work or other social fields.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years in gender-related work in Government/Semi-Government institutions and 03 years in women's issues.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Typing.
- Residency: Chhattisgarh residents get 02 bonus marks but residency is not mandatory.
- IT Assistant:
- Qualification: Graduate degree in Computer/IT field.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years in data management, process documentation, and web-based reporting in Government/Semi-Government institutions.
- Residency: Mandatory (Mool Niwasi of Chhattisgarh with valid residence certificate).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection is based on a merit list and interview/skill test. The distribution of marks is as follows:
- Educational Qualification: Max 60 marks.
- Experience: 2 marks for each year beyond the minimum (Max 18 marks).
- Chhattisgarh Domicile Bonus: 2 marks.
- Skill/Written Test: 20 marks.
Top 10 candidates per post will be called for the skill test based on merit. In case of tie, the older candidate gets preference. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview or skill test.
