- Educational Qualification: Applicant must have passed Matriculation (10th standard) with overall comprehension and a mindset to assist society.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India and a resident of West Karbi Anglong district.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 12 October 2026.
- Eligible Groups: Teachers (including retired), retired government servants, senior citizens, MSW students and teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors/physicians, law students, members of NGOs/clubs, women neighborhood groups, self-help groups, educated prisoners with good conduct, or any other person deemed fit by DLSA.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
