Doordarshan Kendra Hisar was established with a vision of Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram, Doordarshan has a mission to reach every person with reliable News Balanced Views, innovative educational programmes and entertainment.
The agriculture programmes under ‘Narrowcasting’ are telecast from six LPTs viz. Sirsa, Mandi Dabwali, Hisar, Charkhidadri, Karnal and Yamunanagar to cater the local zonal agricultural and rural requirement, five days in a week from Monday to Friday.
