Haryana Police SPO Recruitment 2026 Overview

This is a golden opportunity for ex-servicemen and ex-CAPF personnel seeking Sarkari Naukri 2026 in Haryana Police. The Office of the Superintendent of Police, Telecommunication, Haryana, Panchkula has released the official notification for engagement of 400 Special Police Officers (SPOs) under Section 21 of the Haryana Police Act, 2007. The engagement is for a period of 1 year with a monthly honorarium of ₹20,000. This is a walk-in recruitment – no online application or written test is required. Candidates must appear in person on the date assigned to their district at Police Lines Telecommunication, Panchkula.

Haryana Police SPO Vacancy 2026 – 400 Posts

The notification specifies a single combined figure of 400 posts for the entire Telecommunication Wing engagement drive. No district-wise or category-wise breakup is provided in the official notification. All eligible ex-servicemen and ex-HSISF/HAP candidates can apply.

Haryana Police SPO Eligibility 2026

• Eligible Category: Ex-servicemen of Armed Forces/Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) OR ex-Constables of disbanded Haryana State Industrial Security Force (HSISF)/Haryana Armed Police (HAP) Battalions.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (12th pass) from a recognized board.
• Minimum Service: At least 5 years of service in Armed Forces/CAPFs.
• Discharge Conditions: Must not have been removed/dismissed on grounds of indiscipline, misconduct, or medical unfitness.
• Medical Category: Must be ‘A’ at discharge.
• Character Certificate: Must be ‘Exemplary/Outstanding’ at discharge.
• Preference: Candidates with experience in telecommunication equipment, especially Signal Corps service.
• Other: No pending criminal cases; must not have been previously appointed as SPO in any other district of Haryana.

Haryana Police SPO Selection Process 2026

No written test or physical test will be conducted. Selection is based on:

1. Walk-in document verification on the scheduled date.
2. Verification of original certificates by issuing authorities.
3. Medical examination for selected candidates.
4. Character and antecedent verification by district police authority.
5. 15-day capsule course after appointment.

How to Apply for Haryana Police SPO Recruitment 2026

Important: There is no online application. Candidates must apply offline via walk-in.

1. Download the application form from the official website (or obtain at venue). Fill in CAPITAL LETTERS with personal, service, Aadhaar, PAN, bank, category, education, and address details.
2. Prepare an affidavit as per prescribed format (declaring permanent residence, ex-servicemen status, no pending criminal cases, no prior SPO appointment, willingness to serve).
3. Check the district-wise schedule above and appear on the correct date.
4. Report in person from 9:00 AM at Police Lines Telecommunication, Opposite Sector-25, Near Village Moginand, Panchkula, Haryana.

Terms & Conditions
