EDII invites applications for the post of Project Manager

1. Post Name: Project Manager

2. Location: Malegaon (Preference will be given to residents in and around Malegaon area in Maharashtra)

3. Qualification & Experience:

a. Master’s Degree in Rural Management/social work/ Economics/MBA and interest in working with urban poor women

b. Must have 5 years of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects. 

c. The candidate should have experience in handling training for women, formulating Project reports, knowledge of support schemes of Govt. for women led enterprises, and facilitating Market linkages for micro enterprises.

d. The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability with fluency in English and Marathi.

4. Job Description: 

a. Coordinate with Project Director and Project Coordinator(s) for implementation of the project.

b. Must have in-depth knowledge of baseline survey, mobilization, training, bank linkages, market linkages, credit facilitation, funding schemes, Govt. subsidiary schemes and registration procedures.

c. Post Skill-based Entrepreneurship training follow up and handholding, motivating, capacity building of the entrepreneurs to set up sustainable enterprises.

d. Conducting research to identify business opportunities and potential markets.

e. Ability to manage multiple enterprises concurrently and meet deadlines as per the project plan.

f. Understanding the right ideas and best practices and technological solutions for business

g. Facilitate Business Plan Formulation, funding and infra set-up for enterprises

h. Should have strong executive presence and excellent convincing skills ability to hold own point of view in tough conversations.

i. Provide guidance, mentoring, training & delegate responsibilities to entrepreneurs enabling their economic growth & development.

j. Continuously look for better, efficient & cost effective solutions to improve productivity, scalability & demand-supply as required.

k. Organize and coordinate fairs and exhibitions for trained entrepreneurs

l. Travelling to field is required

m. Timely reporting to Project Director on all activities and developments of the Project.

5. Type of Employment: On Contractual basis.

6. Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 per month
