Eligibility Criteria for Supervisor (Part-time)
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Psychology.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience. Candidates should have prior experience in working with children and adolescents, school settings, or in socio-emotional learning programs.
- Desirable Skills:
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.

- Formal training as a supervisor.
- Experience in counseling and psychotherapy supervision of school counselors.
- Experience of program delivery and implementation in school settings.
