Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Officer-in-Charge ECHS Polyclinic

  • Essential: Graduate (ESM Non-Medical Officer)

Eligibility for Medical Specialist

  • Essential: MD/MS in speciality concerned / DNB
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years in subject after Post Graduation

Eligibility for Medical Officer (Med Offr)

  • Essential: MBBS
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years work experience after Internship
  • Desirable: Preferable additional qualification in medicine/surgery

Eligibility for Dental Officer

  • Essential: BDS
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years work experience

Eligibility for Clerk in lieu of Peon

  • Essential: Graduate / Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces)

Important Dates

  • Last Date to Submit Application: 14 February 2026 (in duplicate; as per format on website; with self-attested photocopies of testimonials for qualifications and experience). Applications received after this date will not be accepted. Submit to: Officer-in-Charge, OIC ECHS Cell, Station Headquarters, Camp Hanuman, Shahibaugh, Ahmedabad-380003.
  • Interview Date & Time: 20 February 2026 (candidates must reach by 0900 hrs; interview from 1100 hrs onwards). Venue: Station Headquarters, Camp Hanuman, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad.

Mandatory Requirements for Selected Medical Officer & Dental Officer

  • Carry out 10 days On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Polyclinic.
  • Obtain certificate from OIC Polyclinic.
  • OJT period is unpaid and mandatory before signing the contract and assuming charge.

Documents to Bring for Interview

  • 10th class Mark Sheet / Passing Certificate.
  • Original certificates/degrees.
  • Service records (for ESM).
  • Experience certificates.
  • Testimonials (as applicable).
  • Two passport-size colour photographs.
  • No TA/DA admissible.
