MAHA-Metro Invites Application for 4 Office Assistant and Various Posts

Candidates must apply offline via Speed Post. Follow these steps:

1. Read Notification: Download and read the official notification PDF carefully.
2. Download Form: Get the application format (Annexure I) from the official website: www.mahametro.org.
3. Fill Application: Fill the form with correct and complete information.
4. Attach Documents: Attach self-attested copies of required documents, recent passport-size photos, and the Demand Draft/online payment receipt.
5. Superscribe Envelope: Write the Name of Post and Advertisement Number on the envelope.
6. Send Application: Send the completed application by Speed Post to the address below.
7. Meet Deadline: Ensure the application reaches before 04 September 2026 (18:00 hrs).

Important:

• Deputation Candidates: Must obtain prior approval from their parent organization and route the application through the proper channel. The application should reach MAHA-Metro within 15 days after the last date.
• Separate Applications: For more than one post, submit separate applications with respective fees.

• Offline Application Only: Applications are accepted only via Speed Post. No online submission.
• Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable fee via Demand Draft or online payment. Write name, post, and post code on the reverse of the DD.
• Separate Applications: Apply separately for each post with the required fee.
• Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the specific educational qualification, experience, and age criteria for the post.
• Deputation & NOC: Candidates from Government/PSUs must forward applications through the proper channel or submit NOC at the time of Interview. For deputation, applications must reach within 15 days after the last date.
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates. Special relaxation for serving non-executive MAHA-Metro employees as per notification.
• Contract Terms: The appointment is on a 5-year contract/deputation, with no guarantee of promotion.
• Bond Policy: Selected candidates may need to sign a service bond to serve for a minimum of three years.
• Medical Standards: Must be medically fit as per MAHA-Metro's prescribed standards.
• No TA/DA: No reimbursement for attending interviews or medical examinations.
