Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Junior Faculty (Illustration & CAD):
  • Qualification: Master's Degree (minimum 2 years after graduation) in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Apparel Design, Knitwear Design, Leather Design, Textile Design, or Fashion Technology with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of industry or academic experience in Illustration and CAD.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with Corel, Photoshop, Tukacad, and other fashion design software.
• Lab Assistant (Pattern Making & Garment Construction):
  • Qualification: Essential: 12th Pass. Desirable: 10th Pass.
  • Skills: Ability to operate and sew garments, and repair sewing machines (lock stitch, overlock, and flatlock).
• Junior Faculty (New Product Development):
  • Qualification:
    1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree (2 years after graduation) and 1-year diploma in Footwear Manufacturing, Footwear Design, or Footwear Production with minimum 55% marks.
    2. OR Bachelor's/Master's Degree (2 years after graduation) in Footwear Technology with specialization in Design with minimum 55% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of academic and/or industry experience in Footwear Design. Academic experience should involve teaching at UG level or higher.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of manual design and 2D/3D shoe design software.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting of applications based on qualification, experience, and merit.
2. Interview of shortlisted candidates. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

The selection will consider practical teaching ability, presentation, and communication skills.
