1. Position: Assistant Archivist Grade-I

2. No of post: 01 post

3. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,200/-(pre-revised) (As per revised pay matrix level

4. Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential:

(i) At least 2nd Class Master’s degree in Indian History of a recognised University or equivalent.

(ii) Some experience of research in Modern Indian History/teaching of Modern Indian History in a University or College/work in an Archival Office.

(iii) Degree in Portuguese or Curso Complementar of Arts/Science from Lyceum.

(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

5. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Archival Science. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

1. Position: Medical Officer

2. No of post: 01

3. Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+5400/- (pre-revised) (As per revised pay matrix level

4. Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential

(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 18 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 or a degree of Goa Medical School (Medico-Cirurgiao).

(ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

(iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

5. Desirable:

(i) Experience in the general medical practice or the concerned speciality as the case may be.

(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

1. Position: Assistant Professor

2. No of post: 

i. Cardiac Anaesthesiology …… 1 post is resvd for PwD(Hearing Impaired)(2nd time)

ii. Cardiology …… 1 post is resvd for PwD(OH)(2nd time)

3. Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/- (pre-revised) (As per revised pay matrix level 11)

4. Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential:

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956).

(ii) Post graduate degree or equivalent qualification in the speciality concerned from a National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized medical college/institution.

(iii) At least one year teaching or research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the subject of super-speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.). 

(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

5. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

1. Position: Assistant Agricultural Officer

2. No of post: 2 posts

3. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,200/- (pre-revised) (As per revised pay matrix level

4. Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential:

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

(ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

5. Desirable:

(i) Knowledge of Marathi.

(ii) Three years experience in Agriculture/Horticulture.

1. Position: Director of Information Technology, by Transfer on Deputation for a short term period not exceeding 3 years

2. No of post: 01

3. Scale of Pay: As per revised pay matrix level 13

4. Transfer on Deputation:

(i) Officer under the State/Central Government or Union Territory holding analogous or equivalent post and possessing educational qualification prescribed for direct recruits* Or

(ii) Officer under the State/Central Government or Union Territory possessing educational qualification prescribed for direct recruits* with at least 3 years experience in the Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 12000-16500/- Or

(iii) Failing (i) and (ii) by transfer on deputation of Selection Grade Officers of the Goa Civil Service.

1. Position: Veterinary Officer

2. No of post: 14 posts

3. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,600/- (pre-revised)(As per revised pay matrix level

4. Educational & Other Qualifications:- Essential:

(i) Recognised Veterinary qualification included in the First or Second Schedule to the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984) and registered with a Goa State Veterinary Council.

(ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

5. Desirable:

(i) Experience in Cattle Development or Poultry Development or running of a Veterinary Dispensary.

(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.
