Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must possess a valid LLB Degree from a recognized University.
- Must have 5 years standing as an Advocate at the Bar.
- Experience: Must have handled Labour Law related cases and be well-versed with the ESI Act and related Acts/Codes.
- Conflict of Interest: Candidate must not be handling any case against the Corporation.
