Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Audiologist and Speech Therapist: Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from any recognized University.
• Clinical Psychologist: Master's Degree in Child Psychology or MA/MSc Psychology/Mphil in Medical & Social Psychology/Mphil in Clinical Psychology/Mphil in Mental Health & Social Psychology with RCI registration.
• Optometrist: Bachelor in Optometry or Master in Optometry from any recognized University.
• Dental Technician: 1 or 2 years course on Dental Technician from a recognized institution with AP State Dental registration. Dental Mechanic can be considered.
• Staff Nurse: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course from Govt/Govt Recognized Institute with AP Nursing Council registration.

2. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 42 years.
• Age Calculation Date: Age is reckoned as on 08-12-2025.
• Absolute Maximum Age: 52 years (including all relaxations).

3. Age Relaxations

• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
• BC/EWS: 3 years relaxation.
• Ex-servicemen: 3 years (in addition to armed forces service).
• PwD: 10 years relaxation.

4. Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must submit the Original Degree Certificate (OD).
• Existing employees must submit a resignation letter along with the application.
• Reservations: Applicable as per AP State and Subordinate Services Rules, including Women, SC/ST/BC/EWS, PwD, Ex-servicemen, and Sports persons.

Selection Process (Merit-Based)

Since this is Direct Recruitment, candidates will be selected based on a merit list. There is no written exam.

Merit Calculation (Total Marks: 100):

• 75% Weightage: Aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• 10% Weightage (Max 10 marks): 1 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification (reckoned up to notification date).
• 15% Weightage (Max 15 marks): For contract/outsourcing/honorarium service with satisfactory service certificate:
  • Tribal Area: 2.5 marks per 6 months
  • Rural Area: 2.0 marks per 6 months
  • Urban Area: 1.0 mark per 6 months
• COVID-19 Weightage: Applicable to service rendered during COVID-19.
