• A Selection Committee constituted under Rule 4 of the Bihar Law Officers (Engagement) Rules, 2023 will select and recommend advocates.
• Submitting a willingness form does not guarantee engagement.
• The decision of the Law Department, Government of Bihar in all matters regarding selection and engagement shall be final.
• No TA/DA will be paid for any stage of the process.
