Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Matriculation / 10th pass from a recognized educational institution.
- Training Requirement: At least 05 days training from the Directorate of Agriculture and Horticulture, Jharkhand.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Gumla district.
- Language & Skills: Knowledge of local language; Ability to ride a bicycle and climb trees.
- Desirable: Preference to candidates with training longer than 5 days under the Directorate of Agriculture or Horticulture, Jharkhand.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be based on scrutiny of documents and a 100-mark evaluation system as follows:
- Screening: Scrutiny of applications and self-attested documents.
- Merit Evaluation (Total 100 Marks):
- Academic Qualification (10th Marks Percentage × 0.6): Maximum 60 Marks.
- Skill Test (Bicycle Riding and Tree Climbing): 10 Marks.
- Interview (General Hindi, General Knowledge, and Local Language): 20 Marks.
- Training Duration: Remaining marks based on training period.
- Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on these scores.
No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates for appearing in the skill test or interview.
Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates
- Matriculation/10th pass certificate and mark sheet.
- Certificate of minimum 05 days training from Agriculture and Horticulture Directorate.
- Local resident certificate issued by competent authority.
- Valid Category/Caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
- Self-attested copy of Identity card / Aadhaar card.
- Two recent passport-size photographs (as per standard requirement).
