Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Civil Defence Volunteer:
- Must be enrolled from Central North District as per new Jurisdiction or from erstwhile District Shahdara with valid tenure.
- Must have completed Basic Training/Foundation Course on Civil Defence in Delhi.
- Must be enlisted as Active CDVs on Mega Mustering held on 11.05.2025 & 17.05.2026 or submitted application for enlistment as Active CDVs as per circular dated 22.09.2026.
- Must have previously performed Call Out Duty in Central North District during the period from 01.01.2026 to 30.09.2026.
- Highest Educational Qualification certificate to be enclosed.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for the 59 Civil Defence Volunteer posts involves the following stages:
- Submission of Application: Candidates must submit their application form along with all required self-attested documents at the specified District Civil Defence Office within the stipulated time (29.10.2026 to 30.10.2026, 1100 hrs - 1700 hrs).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for an interview before the selection committee on 03 November 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Chamber of ADM (Central-North), Office Complex of District Magistrate Central North.
