Samaleswari Sambalpur NTFP Farmers Producer Company Ltd. invites applications from eligible candidates for contractual engagement for the following posts of community cadres:

1. Positions: Staff for Cluster.

2. No. of vacancy: 06

3. Minimum Educational Qualification: 8th standard

4. Resource Fees, FTA etc: Salary- Rs.7,000/- Rs.10,000, to Fixed Travel Allowance- As per the guideline.

5. Other Common Non- Negotiable Criteria

• She/ He should have good motivational and speaking skill( articulation skills)
• She/ He should be able to read and write Odia
• She/He should have basic numerical skills
• She/he should have no mobility constraints to provide handholding supportto Producers.
• She/ He should be willing to attend trainings/ exposure (within/outside the
• state)organized by Producers' Groups/ Producers' Company.
• She/ He belongs to preferably the same village/ GP
• She he should be of at least 18 years in age
• She/ he should be a member of the PG but not the office bearer

Selection Procedure

The selection process will consist of shortlisting of candidates on basis of academic qualifications, and experience & skills, followed by Written Ability Test, Computer Test and personal interview.
