Sambalpur District Invites Application for Peon, Night Watchman cum Sweeper Recruitment 2022

Advertisement for re-engagement of retired Class-IV employee against the vacant post of peon and Night Watchman-cum-Sweeper in the Registration district, Sambalpur.

a. Application are invited from the retired Class-IV employees under Govt. of Odisha for re-engagement of total 3 (Three) nos. of posts for Peon (2 Nos.) and Night-Watchman-cum-Sweeper (1 No.) on contractual basis with consolidated remuneration in the different registration offices under the Registration District, Sambalpur for attending the office work as per the job chart of Peon and NWCs

b. This engagement will be as per terms and conditions laid down in the guidelines relating to the engagement of retired Govt. servants issued vide G.A Department Resolution No. 23750/Gen. Dated 27.08.2014.

1. Position: Peon

2. No of Posts: 02

1. Position: Night Watchman cum Sweeper

2. No of Posts: 01

3. The selection will be governed by the procedure and rule laid down in GA Deptt. Resolution No. 23750/Gen. Dated 27.08.2014.

4. The re-engagement will be done for a period of 1(one) year but not beyond the age of 65 years of age or till the vacancies are filled up, whichever is earlier.

5. The monthly remuneration will be fixed as per Finance Deptt. OM No. 7022/F dated 17.03.2018 i.e. Rs. 6500/- (for level No. 1 to 4).

6. The performance of the employee is to be reviewed periodically and documernted at least once in a quarter. The employee should obey the Govt. guidelines/rules and work assigned by the head of office.
