Educational Qualification: The Candidates should be a Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. He/ She should have basic knowledge in computing and should have at least 2 years post qualification working experience in accounting.

Selection Procedure

1. Medical Officer: Only Merit Basis

2. Accountant/ Block Accounts Manager As per following procedure

a) Mark Assessment(Graduation in Commerce) - 40 Marks

b) Viva-Voice - 40 Marks

c) For either CA or ICWA(Inter) candidates shall given full marks of followed - 20 marks

3. Candidates securing 50% and above marks in the mark assessment shall be shortlisted. Candidates 3 times the number of vacancies on the basis of merit list prepared on Marks assessment shall be called for Viva-Voice. The final merit list shall be prepared for all candidates, who appeared for the interview by compiling marks secured in all the two stages.

How to Apply:

Eligible & aspirant candidates are hereby informed to visit /log in to the District official web site www.baleswar.nic.in to download the application form, eligible criteria, and other details. Candidates for walk-in interview to register the names on exact date of interview between 10.00 A.M to 12.00 noon in the DTU-1. DHH. Balasore, if any candidate fails to register his/her name within the stipulated time then further he/she shall not be entertain/considered.

1. Date of Walk-in Interview - 05.10.2021

2. Those candidates who are already working in Health department either on regular or on contractual basis have to produce "No Objection Certificate" from their Head of Office/Employer along with the duly filled in application form at the time of Walk -in-Interview.

3. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned above are requested to attend Walk-in-Interview on the date mentioned against post.

4. They are requested to bring the filled in application from complete in all respect along with all original documents with valid residential certificate (issued within 6 months) and attested Xerox copies of all the certificates

5. Candidates who have been disengaged from the society on administrative ground such as Disobedience/Poor Performance/Misbehavior/ criminal activities etc. are not eligible to apply.

6. Registration for attending the Walk-in-interview will be made 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon. No candidate will be allowed for to register their name for interview beyond the specified time.

7. No TA/DA will be allowed for attending the interview.
