Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree (with first-class or high second-class) in Commerce (B.Com) with Advanced Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized university in India.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software(s) such as Tally Prime, PPMS, and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in core accounting work, including preparation of financial statements, budget, audit reply, etc.
• Desirable: M.Com / Professional qualifications like CA (Inter) / ICWA.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 24 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per West Bengal Government rules for reserved categories.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested copies for verification during the walk-in interview.
• Must possess valid ID proof and category certificates (if applicable).

Selection Process

The recruitment does not involve a written test. The selection stages are:

1. Walk-in-Interview: Initial screening of candidates at the DLSA office.
2. Merit List Preparation: A merit list of the top 5 candidates will be prepared based on qualifications and experience.
3. Online Live Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face an online live interview by SLSA W.B.
4. Final Approval: Selection is subject to final approval by the Executive Chairman, SLSA.
