Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (calculated as on the last date of receipt of the application).
- Minimum Educational Qualification: The official notification does not specify a minimum educational qualification; eligibility is based on cadre level and experience.
- Mandatory Experience: Applicants must be serving officers in the Central/State Government, Universities, or other autonomous Organisations holding one of the following statuses:

- Having at least 8 years of regular service in Pay Level 10.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in General Administration, Establishment, Personnel/HR affairs, and Procurement.
- Experience dealing with N-Procure and GeM platforms.
- Knowledge of computer-based Finance, Accounts, Audit, or Academics.
- Knowledge of UGC Rules and Regulations and DoPT Rules.
- Disqualification Clauses:
- Persons convicted by a Court of Law.
- Persons dismissed from service or involved in disciplinary cases with Central/State Governments, Local Authorities, or Government Corporations.
- Employees with pending Vigilance, Disciplinary, or Criminal cases (contemplated or pending).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Shortlisting: The University will shortlist eligible candidates based on the application received.
