Educational Qualification:
1. B.V.Sc. & A.H. with a minimum OCPA of 6.0/10 and registered with VCI/PVC.
2. Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level. The condition of knowledge of Punjabi up to matric level is, however, relaxable, if the candidate is found deserving otherwise. Desirable Qualifications:
1. M.V.Sc. in a clinical discipline (Surgery/Medicine/Gynaecology).
2. Preference will be given to the graduates who recently passed out from GADVASU.

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Veterinary Officer in GADVASU.

Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University is a veterinary university in ludhiana Punjab, india. It was a part of Punjab Agricultural University and was established on 9 August 2005 to serve the society by promoting the livestock production, health and prevention of diseases through integrated teaching and extension programs. The mission of the college is to produce veterinary graduates, scientists and extension workers for promoting better livestock health, by prevention of disease, increasing production and reproduction of livestock, thus improving the quality of rural life in Punjab.
