6. Desirable: Excellent command of English & Hindi languages both in speaking and writing and strong communication skill

7. Contract: Retired Officers having served in Centre/State Govt service/ Autonomous Govt. With minimum organizations five years experience Public Relation activities, preceding the retirement, with minimum Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-
