5. Deputation:

a. Officers Research on Centre/State Govt. Service/ Autonomous Government Institutional holding analogous post in Pay Band 3 of Rs. 15600-39100/- with GP of Rs. 7600/- (Level: 12 as per 7" CPC) Or Pay Band 4 of Rs. 37400-67000-with Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- ganization/ University/ Educational or

3. Pay Scale: Pay Level 8 (PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800 + GP- Rs.4800 GP of Rs. 5400/- in PB3 (Rs. 15600-39100) on completion of four years of regular Service as Section Officer in GP Rs. 4800

5. Deputation: Officers holding analogous posts in Govt. depts./ autonomous institutions on regular basis; OR At least with six years service at the level of General Assistant in PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with GP of Rs.4200/- (b) Good working knowledge of Computer Application.

6. Contract: Retired Officers having served in Centre/State Govt servicel Autonomous Govt. With minimum three organizations years experlence in administrative work, proceeding the Grade Pay of Rs 4200.

M.D. in an appropriate branch of Medicine with at least 02 years post doctoral experience in a hospital/ dispensary. recognized Or M.B.B.S. with minimum 55% marks or equivalent including completion of compulsory rotatary internship followed by at least 05 years post degree experience in a recognized hospital/dispensary/ Nursing home.

6. Desirable: Excellent command of English & Hindi languages both in speaking and writing and strong communication skill

7. Contract: Retired Officers having served in Centre/State Govt service/ Autonomous Govt. With minimum organizations five years experience Public Relation activities, preceding the retirement, with minimum Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-

3. Pay Scale: Pay Level 10 (PB-3 of Rs.1 5600-39,100 +GP of Rs.5400) (Rs.6600/ -Pay Level: 11) on completion of 08 years regular service subject completion

4. Mode of Recruitment: Deputation/ Contract from Retd. Officers

(a) Officers holding analogous posts in Centre/ State Government Department/ Autonomous body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Government Rs. 15600-39100/- with GP of Rs. 5400/- Level: 10 as per 7" CPC ducational Institutional on regular basis in Pay Band 3 of OR Officers holding analogous post in Central Centre/ State Government Department/ Autonomous body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Government/ Educational Institutional on regular at least 03 years experience in Pay Band 2 of Rs. 9300-34800/- with GP of Rs. 4800/ Level:8 as per 7" CPC

(b) Good working knowledge of Computer Operations and Office Procedure.

5. Contract: Officers having served in Centre/State Govt service/ Autonomous Govt. organizations with minimum eight years experience on administrative assignments, preceding their retirement, with minimum Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-.

6. Mode of Recruitment: 100% by deputation from officers belonging to Cadres/ Services established Finance and Account of the Govt. of India/ Government of Delhi.

7. Contract: Retired Officers having sufficient experience of Finance and Accounts Centre/State Govt. Servicel Autonomous having served in Government Organizations with minimum nine years experience on finance/administrative assignments, preceding their retirement, with minimum Grade or Rs. 6600/-.
