Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Engineering Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Desirable: MBA in Project Management.

2. Experience (Mandatory)

• Must be a Retired PSU employee equivalent to General Manager or above grade from the Oil & Gas Industry.
• At least 15 years of experience in relevant projects involving Offshore Projects for Process Platforms, Well Platforms, Subsea Pipelines, and Modifications on existing platforms.
• Experience in handling crucial and strategic projects pertaining to Subsea Pipelines, Well Head Platforms/Process Platforms Project.

3. Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 62 Years.
• Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 01-01-2026.

4. Mandatory Requirements

• No disciplinary or criminal proceedings should be pending against the candidate.
• Must qualify through each stage of the selection process successfully.
• Police Verification Report (PVR) is a pre-condition for joining.

Selection Process

Since this is a consultant role based on high-level experience, there is no written exam. The selection will be based on the following stages:

1. Personal Interview: Evaluation of technical knowledge and project management skills.
2. Verification of Original Documents: To be done at the time of the interview.
3. Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Candidates must be medically fit.
4. Verification of Antecedents & Police Verification Report (PVR).
5. Issuance of Letter of Engagement.
