Assistant Professor (8 Subjects)

• Masters degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned subject from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
• Must have cleared UGC/CSIR NET or equivalent SLET/SET.
• NET Exemption: Candidates awarded PhD under UGC Regulations 2009/2016 are exempt from NET/SLET/SET.
• Pre-July 2009 PhD Holders: Exempt from NET if regular mode, thesis evaluated by two external examiners, open viva voce held, two research papers published (at least one refereed), and two papers presented at UGC/ICSSR/CSIR sponsored conferences. Certified by Registrar/Dean.

Controller of Examination

• Master's degree with at least 55% marks.
• Experience Requirement (any one):
• 15 years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11+ OR 8 years in Academic Level-12+ (Associate Professor) with educational administration experience.
• Comparable experience in research establishments/institutions of higher education.
• 15 years of administrative experience (8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent).
• Mandatory: Working knowledge of computers and networking.
• Desirable: Experience in conducting University/College examinations at executive level and record of trustworthiness with confidential work.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• All applications undergo verification by a Screening Committee regardless of category.
• Incomplete applications or those with false information will be rejected.
• The specific selection mode (Interview or Written Test) is determined by the university as per official notification.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview or written test.
• Canvassing in any form is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
