1. Post Name : Assistant / Deputy Manager 

2. Job Description

a) Manage sales of PE & PP in states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and consolidate HPL's market position across segments.

b) Track the Competitor's activities and report any new developments to the Regional Manager.

c) Track End-use segments and give regular inputs to Regional Manager,

d) Support strategy & business plan with respect to more profitable product positioning.

e) Remain vigilant about the Logistical process to serve customers well.

f) Manage Channel Partners to ensure operational discipline and better customer service.

3. Required Candidate profile B.E./ B.TECH (Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Production) or MBA (Marketing) with relevant experience in sales for 5 years. Candidate preferably in the business of PP & PE raw material.

4. Candidate should have 

a) Knowledge about Polyolefin & its products

b) Knowledge about the Domestic Polyolefin industry

c) Expertise in Excel sheets for data analysis

d) Good communication and presentation skills

e) Achievement motivation

f) Learning ability

g) Teamwork

h) Customer Service Orientation.
