1. Position : Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager
2. Location: Haldia
3. This job aims to be responsible for overseeing the plant as a Shift in charge and take required measures periodically to maximize the NCAU plant throughput.
4. Roles and Responsibilities:
Plant Operations
Shift Management
DCS Operations
Plant performance monitoring
Plant troubleshooting
Cost optimization
Resource planning/ mobilization
Interaction with support services
Meeting with HSE
Achieve Production & quantity targets
5. Desired Candidate Profile:
Continuous panel operation of all NCAU plants, i.e., PGHU, BEU, BDEU, Butene-1, SHU, THU, and PGDS. Man, management of field assistants Optimizing specific energy Chemicals consumption, Improving plant safety aspects in the field etc.
6. Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering Experience with good academic background.
7. Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in the related field and industry.
