Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior Officer (Training & Placement): Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of Training & Placement experience. Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi) and proficiency in computer operations are mandatory.
- Officer (Training & Placement): Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Training & Placement experience. Proficiency in computers and communication skills required.
- Student Counsellor:
- B.A/B.Sc. (Psychology) with Diploma in Counselling + 3 years experience in educational institute counselling; OR
- M.A/M.Sc. (Psychology) + 2 years experience in educational institute counselling; OR
- MBBS with Master's/Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine + 1 year experience.
- Junior Technical Officer (CSE): B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University. Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 1 year experience is desirable.
- Junior Technical Officer (ECE): B.Tech/B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University. Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 1 year experience is desirable.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process involves the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted based on norms set by the institute, which may be higher than the minimum requirements.
- Screening Test / Interview: Depending on the volume of applications, the institute may conduct a written screening test, an interview, or both.
- Offline Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an offline interview at the institute campus.
