Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Nanoscience or Nanotechnology or related field with relevant research experience from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Candidates with experience in at least any one of the following: (i) fabrication/low-temperature characterization of microelectronic devices, and (ii) Raman Spectroscopy will be preferred.
Skills / Eligibility
Pay Scale: INR 35000 - 47000(Per Month)
Age Limit: As per company rule.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on a written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Research Associate I in IACS.
