IACS Invites Application for Research Associate-I Recruitment 2021

Online Interview will be held at the School of Biological Scienceson 4thJanuary 2022 (tentative) at 11.30 AM onwards for the recruitment of one Research Associate-I.

1. Name of the Post: Research Associate I

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualifications: A candidate should have a first-class or a high second class B.Sc. & M.Sc. degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry with minimum average marks of 55% and has obtained Ph.D. The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry/Biology and research experience supported by publications in peer-reviewed journals. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience inChemical Biology and allied domain.

4. Emoluments: As per rules of SERB-DST.

5. Tenure of Fellowship:  Initially for one year and extendable for one more year (at the fixed rate of fellowship as per the sanctioned letter of grant) subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by the Progress Monitoring Committee. The position is purely temporary, and the candidate will not have any right to claim (explicit or implicit) to any permanent post in the Institute.

6. The post is purely temporary.  No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.

2. Date of Interview: 4thJanuary (tentative), 2022 at 11.30 AM onwards.The exact date of online interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates only.
