Educational Qualification: Senior Research Associate (SRA): Master's in Marketing/Communication /Management/Commerce/Economics/Finance or other related areas. Consultant (Administration): Graduate in any Discipline Chief Program Executive: Master’s Degree with minimum 60% marks in Finance / Business Administration / Economics Research Associate: Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law or a qualified CA / CS / CMA with First Division (or equivalent grade).
Experience: Senior Research Associate (SRA): Total 3 Years of Working Experience in the areas mentioned in “deliverables” Consultant (Administration): Experience of working in Executive administration, dealing with the matters of Filing, Record keeping and MIS. Chief Program Executive: Minimum 08 years work experience in the domain of Corporate Governance, Board Governance, Board of Directors / Independent Directors Training / ESG etc. Out of total experience a minimum 3 years of working with Government / Autonomous organization / think tank is preferred. • Preference is for the candidates having publications of articles, books, research papers and/or teaching experience in University or business school Research Associate: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience - Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills in English - Demonstrated experience on content development and ability to independently develop concept notes; work plans; background notes; minutes; power point presentations; program/course agenda etc
Skills / Eligibility
Pay Scale: INR 40000 - 100000(Per Month)
Age Limit: As per company rule.
Selection Procedure
