Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Administrative Officer: MBA or M.Sc. with a minimum of 3 years of experience in working on or managing R&D projects.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years, reckoned as on the last date of application. Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of India rules.
• Experience: Candidates must possess the essential qualification and experience as on the date of the interview.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection will be based on an online interview conducted through MS Teams.
• If a large number of applications are received, a Screening Committee may revisit screening criteria.
• Candidates may interact with the Selection Committee in English or Hindi.
• Original documents, including eligibility qualification, Date of Birth, and Caste/Age relaxation certificates, will be verified at the time of interview. Any discrepancy will lead to cancellation of the selection.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

• Self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and documents, including academic mark sheets.
• Brief abstract of thesis (if Ph.D. details are provided in the form).

• Original certificates and documents for verification at the time of interview.
• Candidates currently engaged in any project at CSIR-IIIM must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before applying. Application without NOC will not be considered.
• Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
